Can the tub be used both indoors and outdoors?
You bet! The tub is UV-resistant and designed to work perfectly whether it’s inside or outside. Put it in your home gym, on your deck, or in your backyard—it’s built to handle the elements.
Does the tub require electricity?
It depends on how you want to use it. It works without electricity—just add ice and water. Or you can hook it up to our upcoming chiller or any other chiller on the market using the connection kit that comes with the tub.
How do I set up and use the tub?
- Placement: Set it up on a stable surface inside or outside.
- Filling: Use a garden hose to fill it up (takes 20-25 minutes).
- Add Ice: Throw in enough ice to get your desired temperature.
- Immerse: Hop in and enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

The tub is designed with convenience in mind. While it weighs 88 pounds, its compact, vertical design makes it easy to move and fit into tight spaces like home gyms or patios.
How do I clean and maintain the tub?
Just rinse the tub with water after each use. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and a soft cloth. Skip the harsh cleaners to keep the finish looking good.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 2-10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Are gift cards refundable?
Nope, gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my product for a different model?
Sure thing, exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery, depending on product availability. Contact our email at followup@whitewolf.fit to get an exchange going.

We stand behind our products with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural integrity and material defects under normal use. Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications isn’t covered.
