Refund policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds

    We offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

    Restocking Fees

    A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defects, damage, or errors on our end.

    Refund Process

    Start Your Return:
    To initiate a return, please email followup@whitewolf.fit with your order number and the reason for your return request.

    Approval & Instructions:
    Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions if the return is approved.

    Processing:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise requested.

    If you need a different size or product, please contact us at followup@whitewolf.fit within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
